When will I receive my order ?
The average delivery time for our plush toys is between 5 to 7 business days once the order has been shipped (within 24 to 48 hours). Once your order is shipped, you can track it on our tracking page.
How can I track my order ?

How much does delivery cost ?
The delivery cost 3,20$, but it's Free for all orders from 50$.
My order is not complete, why ?
If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I did not receive my order.
Something went wrong with the post office? Package lost, broken, destroyed?
With our secure delivery, Mister Plush takes care of the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier and we assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense. You will need to provide us the proofs of any bad things that may have happened to your package.

Can I modify my order ?
Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".
Can I cancel my order ?
It is absolutely possible to cancel your order in the first 24h! However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us, our team will do its utmost to meet your needs!
I would like to return an item
Mister Plush has a14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mister-plush.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your bank details or credit card information will not be communicated to us under any circumstances. All payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor. We do not accept checks at this time.
