Shipping Policy

The average delivery time for our plush toys is between 5 to 7 business days once the order has been shipped (within 24 to 48 hours). Once your order is shipped, you can track it on our tracking page. No order can be cancelled once it has been shipped. 

DELIVERY TIME 

Your items will be delivered within:

5 to 7 days for the USA & Canada.

1 to 2 weeks for European countries.

1 to 2 weeks for the rest of the World.

If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer. If this is the case, our team will send you a message to offer you either a credit or a refund.

The customer must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier's delivery note.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, but the customs tax on international shipments can be applied depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
