- 7 to 10 working days for the USA and Canada.
- 7 to 10 working days for European countries.
- 7 to 14 working days for the rest of the world.

Easy Refunds Policy
Mister Plush has a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact support@mister-plush.com. If accepted, you'll receive a return address and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a resolution by mail (support@mister-plush.com) or directly on our Contact Us page. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours; otherwise, you'll need to request a return after receiving the package.
