How to Care for Your Plush Toy

To keep your plush toy soft and in good condition, it's essential to wash it regularly. Plush toys can accumulate germs and bacteria, especially if they are frequently handled or chewed on by your child. At Mister Plush, all our plush toys are ready for cuddles as soon as they arrive, without needing a pre-wash.

Here are some tips for gently washing your plush toy:

• Use a delicate cycle with a mild detergent and place the plush toy in a pillowcase or laundry net.
• Wash at a low temperature (30°C) to avoid damaging the plush toy.
• Dry at a low temperature and gently brush the plush toy to restore its original look.

To help your child accept the washing of their favorite toy, consider buying multiple copies or washing it while your child is busy. With these tips, your plush toy will stay beautiful and ready for more cuddles.

Your plush will be delivered within:

• 7 to 10 working days for the USA and Canada.
• 7 to 10 working days for European countries.
• 7 to 14 working days for the rest of the world.

Easy Refunds Policy

Mister Plush has a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact support@mister-plush.com. If accepted, you'll receive a return address and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a resolution by mail (support@mister-plush.com) or directly on our Contact Us page. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours; otherwise, you'll need to request a return after receiving the package.
