Mister Plush has a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
