Easy Refunds Policy
Mister Plush has a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact support@mister-plush.com. If accepted, you'll receive a return address and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a resolution by mail (support@mister-plush.com) or directly on our Contact Us page. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours; otherwise, you'll need to request a return after receiving the package.

The majority of our plush toys are made from cotton PP. When this is not the case, the information is indicated in the product description to keep you informed.

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Normal shipping time is 48 to 72 hours. Please note that some of our products are made when the order is placed. In this case, the shipping time can be extended. No order can be cancelled once it has been shipped.
DELIVERY TIME
