To start a return, contact support@mister-plush.com. If accepted, you'll receive a return address and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a resolution by mail (support@mister-plush.com) or directly on our Contact Us page. Non-returnable items include perishable goods or custom products. For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
